* 4 rashers of bacon or pancetta
* 1/3 cup of cream
* pinch of paprika
* 1 egg
* extra egg - yolk
* 60g of grated Parmesan cheese
* 30g of softened butter
* pepper
* 250g of Fettucine or Tagliatelle noodles
